I have just moved to Lakeside and I think it is a great place. The rent is really great compared to amenities they have .

The lake is gorgeous and new fountain is awesome to look in the night.

I had great experience with office staff and the maintainnence also. All my requests were taken care in timely manner
My only complaint will be people with pet as they dont clean up after them even though they have pet station there.
