This "luxury" apartment community still remains to be seen. My intent is to convey to you the level of service and share my experiece with this community. It all began when we signed our lease. We were sold on the benefits of the upgraded apartment and the location of the property. When we moved in we immediately noticed some level of construction going on around the community. When we signed our lease no one communicated to us the "upgrades" had not been completed on the exterior of the building. For 12 (tweleve) consecutive months there was no peace and quiet as the sound of hammering and construction vehicles with absurd beeping sounds were heard from as early as 7am to 8pm or later. These "workers" loitered around during their lunch breaks and often made sexually suggestive comments to my fellow roommates. The parking lot reminded me of a construction zone with tractors and vans all hours of the day being driven by someone who clearly had no license. When they finally got around to my building to complete the exterior refurbishing, the noise inside my apartment was unbearable. I was forced to get a hotel room for a week while they worked in mid April. I, along with several of my neighbors, called the office to ask if there would be any type of compensation for the inconvience of their residents. There answer was NO. Don't you think this apartment complex had the right to tell us when we signed our lease there would be non stop construction for the entire year in which we were residents' If we would have known the facts, we would not have signed the lease. To add insult to injury, our heat did go out during one of the coldest nights of the year and they did offer to give us $200 off of our rent. This is after they had "fixed" it twice before. WOW! We paid that in electric bills alone because the heat was not working at all. As a result of the exterior siding being nailed onto the buidling, our apartment was left with several gaping holes in the master bedroom, the closet, our living and dining room. We asked property management to fix it and they said they would "get around to it" because everyone "had the same problem." When it was time for us to move out, we were told we would have to pay for the replacement of the carpet in the entire apartment. The carpet (only one year old) was very low quality. It was in impeccable shape except for a spot on the living room carpet that is associated with normal wear after living there for a year. We were told we would basically have to pay yet another rent payment for the replacement of the carpet or else be sent to a credit collection agency for nonpayment. I feel if I am paying for a product, I expect it to be 100% to my satisfaction. The holes in the wall were very unsightly and nothing was ever done about it. So, I paid for 6 months for something that was not to my satisfaction. ------- in the office said "industry standard" was that carpet lasts for 5 years. That same "industry standard" must not apply to resident satisfaction. Although I fully intend to comply with their request, I will never live in another Bozzuto property again. I do not reccommend this property at all. I will do my utmost best to convey to friends and relatives the level of service I received from this property "professionally managed" by Bozzuto. You can rest your industry standards on that.

Terrible experience. The staff especially the chubby lady is rude and very cunning. Not courteous at all. They will refuse to let the tenants pickup package, if you are a minute later than 6 pm even though the staff is onsite and working way after 6 pm. I mean, what does it take for them to let a tenant pickup their package when he is standing outside waving at the apartment personnel. That's what you get for paying thousands of dollars with Buzzuto.
