Nice area, but not worth the money

I was excited to move here because the area is really nice, however I am running into too many problems, and have only lived here for five months. Let's start from the top.
1. Noise. I can hear everything that goes on upstairs, from talking, shutting the door, and walking, to intimate experiences...especially at 3am. I guess I could be thankful there are no kids running and jumping around, but there are four adults, or at least teens living up there and they sound like kids jumping off beds.
2. Maintenance. I moved in during the winter months and my heat did not work for 2 months. Called the office repeated times, only to have the same person come by and continued to tell us to keep the thermostat at 75 degrees, not 68, and it's not a problem with the unit. Hmm..I'm no engineer but that's not how it works. The air was running 100% of the time and only cool air would come out. So our electric bill sky-rocketed to almost $400 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. To get our electric bill compensated in some way with the leasing office, it took them three months to keep comparing with other units to make sure it was the heating unit that wasn't working causing this issue. I also asked them to stop sending that incompetent maintenance worker. Other than the heating issue, toilet, dishwasher, and laundry washing machine have had problems too, enough for maintenance to come by again. Also, you have to call them eleven times for them to come out and fix the problem.
3. Parking. Parking has always been an issue. I have to park way too far from my apartment half the time and it's not a well-lit area.
4. No water pressure. Trying to do dishes or take a shower is a hassle because they take too long since there is inadequate water pressure, and only gets worse after 10 seconds of use.
I wish I had known all these problems would arise before signing a lease.
