When I first visited during the day, it seemed like a really nice place. But I live in the projects of Centreville. The workmanship is shotty, the managment sucks, I can hear my upstairs neighbor pee the walls are so thin. You are paying as much as some people pay for a house for rent, and the electricity is on average 150 not inluded. Please dont rent here, or from any Grady Management
