I don't have enough time to list all of my complaints about Lee Overlook and Grady management, just read the other reviews. If you have no other choice but to live in this horrid complex make sure you keep documentation on every cent you give to them. I've had police officers come to my door with eviction notices. Luckily I kept receipts on all payments. After moving out, they are refusing to refund my security deposit eventhough the apartment is in perfect condition. Their explanation is "according to our records your security deposit was only $100". Complete BS! I even provided a copy of the certified check for the security deposit. Unreal. It now looks like taking them to court is the only solution. Please save yourself the headache and pay a little extra to live somewhere else.
