I just moved in recently and aside from watching 7 marked police cars and 4 unmarked speed into the neighborhood last week I havnt seen or had any problems. My buliding is one of the last and is very quiet, I bairly see or hear my neighbors. I have a beautiful view off my balcony and the pool is always empty. There is a nice playground that I take my kids to frequently. We like it here. Again, it might just simply be the location of our building, we are a little secluded and glad for that. Oh, one complaint that I do have is that it is VERY dark at night.. there is only one small light on the top of each building, more lighting is needed!
