I moved to Madison Ridge because it was cheaper than most places I could find in the area. Well, I soon found out why. The people that lived around me were NOISY and the management did nothing to stop it. They said they would write a letter but that I should write a letter too. Also, watching the LARGE amount of drug deals going on in this neighborhood made me too nervous to stay. I talked with management about it several times and they did nothing. They told me that they would "keep an eye" on it. The white trash staff in the office hangs out with the drug dealers, so....figure it out. Now for the dog crap. There is no place to walk in this community without stepping in it. I have a pet, but made sure to clean up after him EACH and EVERY time he went to the bathroom. There were "warnings" from time to time posted in the neighborhood, but upon mentioning it to the staff I was told that it was a good thing summer was coming cause then it just flys all over the place when they mow, that way I guess you don't have to worry about stepping in it, just having it hit you at random speeds. Over all, you get what you pay for.
