Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
In my opinion, and quite a few others from this post, these apartments are not the best place to live in for the money. Management is slack and not professional when I lived there, and still isn't from what a couple of my friends had said, that live there now. Cie la vie. Don't recommend it at all.
