The noisy neighbors above me were awful. They were young guys who partied & spoke toloud. I could actually hear their conversations! They would open/close the balcony door which was very loud and grill on the balcony, I reported this to management but they still grilled year after year. Door slamming, yelling, stomping on the floor-these guys need to move to the ground level. Also, the complex offers parking stickers to residents with out of state tags! Why would I live in Virginia and need to keep out of state tags''' This rental co is helping to rip off the county and state of needed tax dollars. Cobwebs in common hallways-do these people ever clean them, unfortunalely the answer is no.
