Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
substandard plumbing with pipes bursting twice in the short time we stayed there. Second time apartment was completely flooded. Talking with other tenants revealed that this was a recurring problem.

Ditto others' comments regarding noisy neighbors.
