After a difficult move to Northern Virginia, it was a pleasure to find Madison Ridge. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me. They went out of their way to assist me in picking out the perfect apartment for me and my children. They also took care of hooking up my telephone and cable.

After moving in, I found the maintenance staff to be just as concerned about their residents. They went over and beyond the call of duty.....coming over in the middle of the night when I had a leak. They made sure that everything was repaired and that my children were ok. They also had the pipes replaced recently.

I would highly recommend Madison Ridge based on the entire staff's caring & professional attitude. They really make you feel at home!
