I lived here while it was being converted into a split of condos and "government subsidized" (aka low-income) housing. Between the neighbors and Lee Overlook behind it, this place was a nightmare. While we never had insect problems, there was a lack of parking (the towing enforcement they promise couldn't be further from the truth) and the walls and ceiling were made of cardboard.

One of the managers (Petra) was very nice, but the other (Carol) was a complete nightmare. From not documenting complaints to being flat out rude, don't count on too much cooperation if she's on the clock.

I must say, the best part of this apartment was the day we got to leave.

Carol the Assistant is no longer there. They have Melissa (the assistant) and Carole (the Manager-a total different person)

im sure he was talking about carole the property manager... Carol the assistant manager was great right along with Petra and they both have been gone for sometime.
