Overall, not a bad place considering the rent. It was clean and the recent rennovations to the outside helped. It was also nice to have the woods and a stream in the backyard. Usually pretty quiet, occasionally some noise but you expect that when you live in a building with other people.

Staff: Overall very nice and friendly. I've never had any problems getting things done.

Parking: never any issues for me. As far as I could tell towing is enforced. My sister was visiting and we forgot to move her car, it was towed overnight. I've never parked more than 100 feet from my door.

Residents: I hardly ever saw any of my neighbors and I lived there for over 2 years. The ones I did see were friendly.

Interior: Could use some upgrades to the kitchens and bathrooms.

I was a little disturbed to see that a registered sex offender lives in my building but I have no kids so it wasnt nearly as important.


Basically, fair rent considering the space and area.
