I chose this property based on the positive experience I had had with another Post apartment. The staff are very nice and attentive. The only problem is mouse infestation. We started to notice mouse droppings on the 2nd week after we moved in. We have been calling the office regarding the problem every week but it seems that they can't just make it go away. They simply explained that it's cold season and the mice wanted to stay warm. Maintenance people came by a few times, and so did the pest control company. Only one mouse was caught in a trap. More are still living in our kitchen. There are droppings all over the place and our food has been fouled by mouse droppings and urine. The mice have climbed up to the stove top, and the top of the refridgerator too. I am very frustrated... Even though everything else about the apartment is very nice, I think it's not worth dealing with mouse problem.
