I've lived at Post Corners since May 2003. I had a problem with a neighbor below me but that was resolved fast. I wish there was a dumpster on my side of the complex. I like the gates and the fact that there is no assigned parking because I can always find a good spot. There are neighbors that fail to clean up after there animals despite the fact that Post Corners has put up doggie bags and trash cans. The noise factor is a big problem for me-it seems as though the walls are paper thin and I can hear when my neighbor has their hairdryer on. I will most likely not renew my lease. I believe I can find an a nicer place to live for the same amount of money or even less.
