We moved to Post Corners in June of 2003 and from day one, the office and maintenance staff have been amazingly helpful and kind. I have lived in other communities that could never live up to the service I have seen here. The price is higher than I would like to pay, but after living here I can honestly say, you get what you pay for. I haven't experienced the parking problems other's have mentioned but that may just be due to my building's location. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are kept in great condition and my neighbors seem to be "quality" people. I also like the fact that it is gated. I don't worry about my car or my safety. I have walked to the fitness room at 5 in the morning while it is dark outside and never felt unsafe. I can't say any of these things about any other apartment I have rented. For the most part the people who live here seem to respect their neighborhood and that is a breath of fresh air for a rental community. The trash/recycling area is on the other side of the community, but it is extremely well kept and I would gladly take a longer walk so that the trash is contained and recycled instead of having dumpsters spread out all over the place. I am considering not renewing my lease, but the ONLY reason is that my roommates are getting married next year. If at all possible, I will be staying here until I can buy a home of my own.
