My wife and I have had a really bad experience at post. That's not to say that anyone else has or will, but ours has been particularly awful.

The straw that broke the camel's back for us was when we got a new tenant in our building who smoked.

It didn't take long for the ciggarette smoke to find its way through our vents and into our apartment. We asked time and time again to close the vents and even asked if they would purchase a filter for us to have to get rid of the smell. It got so bad that one night we had to open our doors and windows (in sub freezing temperatures) to get the smell out.

Our apartment went from a nice smelling place to a place that smelled like a cheap Motel 6 room.

Post claims they did all they could and I, like many others, don't completly blame the management...but the lines they have given us over the past year and the excuses that we've received have lead me to believe that they just flat out are not honest with their tenants and they don't come close to doing all they can for their residents.

If you are a smoker, this place is for you...if not, get ready for the Motel 6 smell.

Another important thing that should be noted about Post is that it has had 3 managers in the last 6 months to a year...that kind of instability at the top has a MAJOR trickle down impact on the way that tenants are treated by managers, customer service reps and the maintenance crew.

You have to wonder how a place is supposed to "do right" by its tennants when it can't find a manager who is willing to stay long term.
