Overall, I am quite please with this development. Yes the prices are high, but you have to count in the fact that its a gated community and those communities tend to be pricier. Personally I think its not so bad because I own a very nice car and I wouldnt want random people driving through banging it up or vandalizing it. The maintenance is great and I have only had one or two issues since I moved in on Nov 2005. I was not thrilled with the 95 dollar increase in rent in 2006 but it was manageable. I feel very secure and safe here. Its also 5 minutes from my work which helps matters. But I will say if they raise rent another hundred bucks next year, ill be looking elsewhere. I highly recommend this place.

The Gates are nice, but it sure seems like they are either broken or wide open for people to freely come and go as they please fairly frequently.
