I lived at Post Corners for 18 months and loved it at first. I have to say, the complex is landscaped beautifully and the attention to detail is phenomenal, but I didn't realize what winters would be like. Our first winter there was no snow so I didn't have any problems then. The following winter (after they raised our rent $100/month) we got bad snowstorms. They BARELY plowed. A truck came through and pushed the snow up on the cars so we were all blocked in. I got home from class late that night to find no parking spots (another big problem) so I had to park in a spot with a lot of snow on it. The next morning, the snow had hardened and when I backed out, the snow cracked my bumper. I felt they should have paid for the damage since snow removal is part of our rent, but instead they would only pay the deductible. Everytime we would get a really good staff memeber in the office, they'd give that person a promotion and put some goofball in their place. We constantly had bugs (spiders and ants) and the excuse we got was "the apartments were built on a giant anthill- they were here first." Great excuse... The gate seems like a great amenity until it breaks all the time and you have to go back and forth to gates to figure out which one works. We were so thankful when we got out of our lease and got the heck out of there...
