My husband and I have lived in a number of rental units in our 10 year marriage, but none like what we have at Post Corners. We have a three bedroom, 2 bath with a huge balcony and wonderful master bathroom. The staff here is truly second to none.
The maintenance staff is amazing, they are always knowledgable and courteous. My husband is a day sleeper, a number of times when we have requested a service they have actually been able to come in and complete the service without having to wake him. That is a huge plus for us. We've had some simple issues,things like the handle coming off the icemaker or a lightbulb blowing here and their but nothing major. I am still smiling at the fact that they'll even change lightbulbs for me. And just yesterday, I needed another key... they made the key for me at the office and came out in the rain to deliver it to me in my apartment. That's amazing service.
I'd like to address the hot water issues of previous residents. There are three adults living in this apartment, even if all three of us decide to shower at the same time we still have enough hot water to be comfortable. Now, I wouldn't recommend three showers, a large load of clothes washed on hot/cold and running the dishwasher at once; I don't care where you live you will never have enough hot water for all of that.
The ground here are incredible, with many places set aside for family and friends to gather. There are gas grills and porch swings as well as picnic tables. I love the natural trail feeling to the walkway between our buildings, I never feel like I'm in the city here, even though I'm a stones throw from Rt 29. Every view is spectacular!
Pets are welcome here with a very reasonable deposit request. Recently we have had some very inconsiderate pet owners within the community and Post has been very proactive in getting this issue under control. There are those who don't seem to understand that picking up after their dog is an absolute must, I'm very happy with the way Post is handling the situation.
Each section of the community has it's own mail house, a very well lit covered structure. The folks in the office gladly accept packages for you and hold them until you have a chance to come pick them up. The office hours make it easy to do that after work.
We have had no problems with the gate systems here, it's very easy to get our deliveries. The person making the delivery just needs to pay attention to signage and come in the correct gate the first time as there are two entrances to the property, one by the leasing office and one on the other side of the street near 29 for a smaller section of the community.
Overall, we love it here and hope to be here for MANY years to come.

I appreciate your comments albeit sounds like you work for Post to me. I lived there for 5 years by myself, followed their instructions and still received cold showers during the winter
