As with the previously stated comments, people with poor credit, large or multiple pets are welcomed here. The problem is, management was weak for some time, leaving lots of problems for the new management, who is trying (with limited resources it seems), to solve a mulititude of problems. There is heavy traffic in and around the neighborhood. Seems to maybe be gang related activity. The roaches are a problem that is trying to be tackled, but the little critters seem to be winning.
Parking is a problem, because there seem to be more than one family living in any given unit with more than two cars, and a constant run of visitors, day and night.
