good for people with pets or bad credit, but there are a LOT of COCKROACHES.

I haven't seen any of the violence or crimes that the other reviews said, however there is a huge cockroach problem.
I like everything else, except the cockroaches. They exterminate often, but the bugs just don't die. There is a lot of noise from my neighbors on the weekends.
It is a very good place to live if you have pets that are large or multiple pets. (Except for the bugs.) They also accept people with bad credit if you have enough of a security deposit. I ended up here because I had three dogs, two of them were over 40 lbs. and I had aweful credit. But you end up paying too much for what you get.
