The Meadows is not that bad. I've lived there for five years now and I've never had a problem. There are no cops that do a daily walk through. Those are security guards that were hired just in case you have a problem. I happen to know the ice cream man and he does not sell drugs to the little ones. He might sell candy cigarettes but not drugs. That's just rediculous. There are some kids in the neighborhood that do like to cause trouble but that is totally their parents fault. Condominiums don't raise children. Parents do. You can find some of the sweetest kids in this neighborhood. There is even a swim team that they can join and at the end of the season they all get trophies. I've never once felt threatened in this neighborhood even if I'm out walking my dog at 2:00 in the morning. There are some low life people that do like to cause some trouble but they've never bothered me. I come home in the evening and there are people hanging out at the pool having a good time and there are kids riding bikes, playing games and just having fun. There is a nice older couple that live above me. They've been there since the 70's and they've never had a problem. The Meadows is not corrupt. The only kids that are in danger of being corrupt are the ones whos parents arn't living up to their responsibilities. And that can happen anywhere. The only problem I have with this place is the parking.

Please people stop trying to defend our community by repeating all the bad things some pople say and then arguing that they are not true. I have been fairly successful at removing the negative comments placed here by some and you are destroying everything I am trying to do by posting this stuff. I appreciate your efforts but you are doing more harm than good. If you are going to post anything and especially if you are an owner, please keep it positive only. This is a nice place to live. Leave it at that.
