The Meadows in Centreville is a condo community. The condos all look like regular townhomes and are very well maintained by the homeowners association. Most of the resident own their condos. This is not a rental community. It is a very safe, well established and conveniently located neighborhood. There are three swiming pools, a public library, shopping centers, supermarkets, upscale restaurants, and a movie theater within walking distance.
