I've lived here at Brookridge for a year now.It's a little expensive but what can you say when you live in Fairfax County.
I've read previous reviews and all I have to say they are angry residents who try to get over on one thing or another to get free rent!If i couldn't pay my rent I'd try to find ways to get over also.Three of the reviews I've read I know the residents personally.One resident stated he had to dig a bird out of his stove.Sorry to hear but i had bird in my duct also but you have to think if a bird wants to get into something they will!I've only had the one bird incident I hated the way they had to deal with the birds but maintenance side if he didn't dipose of it they would come back so I understood.
The Resident who stated his dog was attacked had a lot of animals in his apt himself.I was in the office when they asked his girlfriend to remove some of the anamils.She said she wasn't going to get rid of them so they allowed them to break their lease.All I can say is they installed new carpet into their apt.
Yes i have ants also in the summer.if i don't take the trash out they'll come in so I try taking it out everyday.this only happened during the summer and the staff did have pest control come buy
to Sum it all up WE live in an apartment community.We can't dictate what our next door neighbor does and it does effect the way we Live.like many of us in the U.S. I can't afford to buy a house but living here at Brookridge their rent your way to ownership I'll be able to afford one in another two years.So during that time I LOVE the Apt i live in and would tell all who ask Brookridge is a good apt community to live in
