The office staff is extremely incompetent. Ms. Lisa Piper is one of the most ignorant and lethargic people I've come across. The staff doesn't care what happens to the residents, as long as they get a buck.
Maintenance requests must be called in at least 5 times before yielding any type of response. The entire property is covered with dog excrement, and cigarette butts. IF you can't get a good spot close to your building you have to walk thru this at night. A total nightmare.
They have difficulty keeping up with if you've even paid your rent or not!
STAY AWAY, and avoid at all costs. This is coming from a professional who knew nothing before I lived there.
