My fiance and myself just moved in to Brookridge in August. This is our first apartment and so far so good. We love where we live. I don't know about past dealings, but it seems that any major problems that may have existed do not exist anymore. We too had ants shortly after moving in but only until the maintenance crew came buy and sprayed. The parking problems seems to have been solved seeing as they have parking permits now and I have seen the tow truck driver every night so it appears that they are on top the parking problem. And if you do have to walk a little distance to your apartment building it's not a big deal, you will run in to that problem most anywhere. It seems to me that Brookridge is really trying to make the living areas better. As for the complaintent that said they moved in to an apartment with a hole in the door and spots on the carpet, all I have to ask is "Why'" Why would you move into an apartment if it wasn't in good shape' I moved into a great looking apartment and any problems I have had I have talked to management and they have taken care of it. I have two dogs and have had no problems what so ever with aggresive animals. I too have seen the animal droppings but for the most part it isn't so bad. At least Brookridge allows most animals! Most places in Fairfax County does not allow any animals or none above 25lbs! While we have only lived her for 3 months I still love my apartment and the complex. I will be staying a while yet!
