Pretty Decent!

We moved here in August of 2003, we also had ants, but when we kept our counters CLEAN they never came back. Ants happen, no matter where you live. If you leave food out, they will come and move in with you!
The apartment was very clean when we moved in, new carpet, nice appliances. It's hard to find an apartment complex that would accept 2 friendly 60 pound dogs! That was a real grabber. Since they allow dogs, tenents need to learn to pick up after their dogs. Use plastic grocery bags and some common decency, we do.
The roads get plowed pretty quickly, depending on how much snow we get. The maintenence staff is freindly and quick to get things done and fixed. The garbage collection agency needs to pick up the dumpsters on a timely schedule. They tend to get piled up very quickly.
The community aspect of Brookridge is excellent. Happy Hours and get-to-gethers are a common place here, a great way to meet neighbors! Expenses paid by Brookridge.
Every apartment community has its ups and downs. We think there are more ups at Brookridge than downs.
Lisa, Chris, Henry and staff keep up the good work!
