The propert manager and the her assistant are great, the maintance staff are another story, it can take up to a week for them to look at any problem and sometime longer for them to actually fix it. Our screens they stapled in, when we complained they took them out and and told us new screens to fit the window were on back order, we have yet to get those screens and its been almost a year. The door to the master bedroom was falling apart, so they stapled it together, only the staples fell out a few months later. Our washer and dryer broke, it took them 2 weeks to come out and look at it, they eventully replaced but it took another 2 weeks. We had to use empty apartments for 4 weeks to do our laundry. We had ants starting in April until September, they were crawling out of the electrical sockets. I went and repeatdly asked them to exterminate, every 2 weeks they came out, but they would not do the enitre building. When we had a wasps net outside our front door, it took 3 days for them to come and spray the bush. As far as plowing when there is snow, its called shoveling your self out, there was not ever a plow. My roomates car was keyed a week after buying it. It has been rumored that there was gang activity, also I have been told by a former resident that no one gets their securtiy deposit back because they are re carpeting all the apartments, and putting in new appliances. Also they never return phone calls, I have called and left several messages for the leasing office to get back to me and I have not recieved a single call back. Parking can be a nightmare, there are times when I get home late at night that I have to park outside of the community, because you get towed if you park in a visitor spot if you have a parking permit on your car. The apartment ifself needs all new appliances. From the outside it looks very nice, the setup of the apartment is nice but it was done cheaply and the maintance staff needs to be fired and new once replaced.
