. We're talking WAY upper management on this property here. They have tied the hands of their staff. They have pushed OUT good quality staff that actually cared and got the job done. The apts were built in the 80's, of course they are falling apart. But Equity is at fault here, NOT the resident staff. I know. So when you get angry, write Equity, because they are the cheapest Bastards on the planet. They know where to cut money, to afford improvements to their property. They just refuse to care. Caring cost money.

Well, who knows...perhaps they really dont know how to budget to empower a resident staff to properly attend to it's CUSTOMERS I.E. Bread and Butter for you higher ups getting paid...remember the CUSTOMERS per chance''' Whom W/O there would BE no Brookridge. Perhaps its run by a 12 year old child, of some flippant real-estate developer'' 'They just DO NOT CARE about YOU as a tenant. They print up the happy promising colorful ads and offer rent MAYBE 100$ cheaper than the guys next door. They do not deliver what they advertise.

Example of how the word is getting out or BEEN out...I dropped my car off today up the street from this place, and the shuttle driver , even HE knew about all the problems with this Equity company. Even HE knew they used to have a good staff and limited the number of personnel on hand to save money, making residents suffer. EVEN HE knew that bit of information!! He has lived in the Sully neighborohood since the 80s. Not in the apt complex, obviously.

But yeah, until you start seeing positive notes here, keep looking. Other places are far more lenient than they used to be on credit checks, and pets. The industry is changing; these donkeys lag behind look where it is getting them. Not too bright Equity... YOURE FIRED!
