SO I have been there for almost 3 years. This past year has been the pits! The maintance staff can't fix anything-oh wait thats if they decide to come out. I have taken days off of work so I could be there when maintance was going to be there but they never showed! I was told that I should have called the maintance emergency line but it wasn't an emergency. I have been without a freezer for 2 months! The sink in the masterbathroom has been leaking for god knows how long and mold and meldew have taken up residence and they know this, and have seen this has anything happend yet...ah NO! They raised rent alomost a 100.00 a month and maintance sucks! Oh and to fix a door they stapled it together. It took a year to get screens for our windows and they dont even fit correctly...the list just goes on and on...oh and one of the maintance staff members was overheard complaining about me to the lifeguard at the pool by my roomate.
The leasing office staff is nice but they dont really care, they never return your calls even when its important all they care about is collecting your rent.
Parking is a joke, one permit per lease holder is the general rule but I usually have to park far away from my building and walk and my guests can never find a spot.
OH I can hear my neighbors in the shower and flushing the toilet as well.
