Appeared to be a nice place when we moved in, but shortly afterwards we noticed a drop off in the quality of the apartments.
Mold and Mildew Everywhere
Had to wait about 4 weeks to get our washer and dryer fixed...And now that it is replaced, it is broken again.
Neighbors were the best part..until they started laying on the horn at 5AM on Saturday mornings.
Has anyone seen the DUMP of trash in the back near the "walking trail" if that is what you call it.
They should not advertise any of the amenities. Tennins court is a joke, Walking trail is a dirt path for most of it,swimming pool is filthy, weight room is a joke and you have to pay to get in after hours.
***Warning*** The tow truck company will break into your car to tow it away, steal your visitors pass, and will almost run you over if you get in their way just to get your $90. We were towed incorrectly 2 times and still had to pay to get the car out.
The list goes on. The best thing to do was move as soon as the lease was up.
