Don't Buy!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Even though they are upgrading, they are only upgrading what is pleasing to the eye. The walls are too thin and have no insulation. The piping burst on me twice and flooded all the floors underneith. They never replace the carpets and did a bad job on patching up the drywall. The floors all squeek when you walk. You can also hear your next door neighbors!
