Don't buy these places. The places are made of compressed wood and the new siding hides water damage. Try this on for size: what they don't sell (which is about 95% right now), they are going to rent. Is that what you want' A "luxury" condo with a bunch of renters around you' My suggestion is buy somewhere else. Take it from me, I lived there for a year and just recently moved out after buying a place 10x nicer for the same price. Oh yeah, the people who make up the management there are the stupidest and laziest humans alive.
