Anyone here who writes anything good about Brookridge is immediately suspected of being upper management attempting to lie.
Bottom line is that there is not a single intelligent or caring employee at Brookridge. I don't care if it's caused by higher ups or not. The end result is a crappy place to live that is managed by a bunch of lazy losers. Maintenance issues' Aggressive dogs' Theft' Vandalism' Who pays rent at places like this' The 48 hour guarantee' Read it people. You don't have to pay rent if an issue takes longer than 48 hours. Stop paying rent. Better yet, move out. I did. Brookridge can kiss my black azz.

It's not that you do not have to pay rent on the 48 hour guarantee it is that you have to write the office a letter and let them know the work order has not bee completed and depending on how long it takes to fix you get those # of days taken off your rent. You do have to pay your rent. I have been there almost 3 years now and have had no problems. Maybe it's the people a person associates with that makes theft and vandalism a problem not the neighborhood.
