The management is incompetent, the maintenance people are even more incompetent. When I first moved in, the apartment was not clean. Then I found out that the toilet did not work, the AC did not work, and after a couple of days, the bathroom spigot started running,fast. Not a big deal until you remember that the management charges you for water!!

So then I spent the next five months having my privacy invaded for one reason or another. First it was the new siding. Well, I really did not appreciate strange men on my balcony at 5pm several afternoons in a row.

Then it got worse. Like, we need to clean out your drier vent. Or, now that the siding is done, we need to repaint the inside. Sorry, that should be done in between rentals, in my opinion. But they came in, moved my furniture away from the wall, and left the remnants of their preparation for painting on my floor. It was awful.

This is not a place you want to rent. Ever.
