I have lived in this community for almost 2 years. In that time the following has happened:
My apartment has been bug bombed,
Filled with traps to catch mice,
The water pipes were replaced (2 weeks of holes in the ceiling and walls, some of which were never repainted),
New siding was installed - This was supposed to take 6 weeks and took 7 months during which time workers were continually hammering on my building and on my deck.,
Air conditioning broke,
Bathroom leaked.

Also, during the time when new siding was being installed, the work crew lived in the apartment next to me. Which would have been ok if there was not 15 of them...they had not one piece of furniture in the apartment, just blankets and a microwave.

The staff at the office is usually very rude and repairs take harrassment on your part to get fixed.

The apartment itself is very nice, but be prepared for some of the hurdles of living in the community.
