Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Negatives: The apartments are a little old and things do break. Other negatives: no security, everything is pretty much open. The location is also a big negative, there is nothing close by.
Positives: The office staff (Kay, Brian) is very friendly and helpful. I didn't really have any problem with the maintainence. The complex is clean and the gym is pretty good. Even though the apartments are old, they are still in good shape. We were pretty much locked down to choosing an Equity apartment and this is the best of the lot.
