I lived there for three years while scraping enough money together for a down payment on my own house. The management company and staff are completely incompitant and they higher the cheapest labor they can possible find maintain the grounds.
Example: A year or two ago, they refaced the outside of the apartments with new vynal siding - all well and good. The people that put it up used the longest nails they could possibly find, and the nails went all the way through the walls into the inside of the apartment! Duh.... Needless to say, privacy was agin invaded for them to come in and patch up the whole - not to mention that they had to bang around outside for another month to do the job that they should have done right the first time. This is just one example of many bad experiences there. I would rather live in a self storage room with a space heater, than to have to live there again.

I am thoroughly convinced that any good comments here are from employees of the management company, Equity Resedential (not fact - just my suspicions).
