Very Mixed Review

I have lived in this apartment complex for two years now. The apartment themselves are very spacious and are a great bargain considering the very high rental prices in Northern Virginia. BUT these prices only apply if you are signing a year lease. If you are unsure about how long you need to live there the month to month rent prices are outrageous. I do not think the leasing office went out of their way to keep their tenants, even those of us who have lived there for a while. Also beware of the fine print as another reviewer has also stated. The move out charges are the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. I was furious when I received the possible charges list, especially since my original lease said no more than $70 would be taken out of my deposit. Well the new list could cost you all of your deposit. You really need to know the pros & cons before you move into this complex. I think the parking is fine, the "pool" is 5 feet deep, and there is no sense of community, and I am not particularly fond of the office personel. But I loved my spacious apartment. Oh, and beware of mold if you do not get any sun exposure, it will grow on all of your windows!!!!
