I have lived at Woodway for 2 years and will be renewing my lease for a 3rd year this summer. I have been pleasantly surprised at all aspects of apartment living in this community. The service team is friendly and efficient. I have called about situations that have arisen based on wear and tear in my apartment, and by the time I get home from work in the afternoon, the problem is solved. When I was new in the area, the staff went out of their way to help me become acclimated. I feel comfortable calling the office with any questions. The staff are all well versed in their business and are honest and fair. I enjoy the fitness classes offered as well as the pool. Sometimes there isn't paper in the business center, but the computers and printer in there are nice since they have been upgraded since I live here. It will be nice this summer because the pool season is being extended until after Labor Day. In the summer, the floor in the fitness center and locker room gets wet because people don't dry off before they come in the building. People that live here are friendly for the most part although a lot of people keep to themselves. As a woman, I feel safe coming from my car at night alone. There have been times where things have been a little noisy, but nothing late at night or early in the morning. One time in 2 years, the lawn was mowed at about 10am on a Saturday morning, and I think that was the most distruptive noise I've had since I've been here. My apartment is spacious and there is a lot of storage. I would like new carpeting, because I can see the wear in the living room after living here for 2 years, but I think that as people have been moving out most of the apartments for rent on the property have new carpeting. There are a variety of functions at Woodway put on by the staff, with my favorite being the drive-by-breakfast where the staff hands out muffins, juice, etc. at the exit of the property in the mornings.

I am always excited to have friends come and see my apartment community. All of my friends have been impressed and they all live in apartment communities in big cities too. I would recommend Woodway at Trinty Centre to anyone.
