I am happy that I stumbled onto this website because I would like to give Woodway and the staff here, the credit they deserve. I feel that the rent is more than reasonable for the area. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any major problems with the maintenance staff...I realize that they have things that are priority to fix first, but they have always came to my house in a timely manner (within one day). The office staff is always fair and have gone out of their way to accomodate me. They are friendly, respectful and know their information. The apartments are roomy, the complex is in good shape and they do regular maintenance on the buildings both inside and out.
