When you first take a tour, you are hyped up on how wonderful the place is, and how if anything does go wrong "but it won't", how their award winning maintaince staff will take care of it beyond your expectations. WRONG!

3 months after move-in, I had to make a scene at the rental office in order to get things fixed - things that were wrong with the apartment the day we moved in... and now we've got a mold problem. Every time you contact them, they've lost your prior work order. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Mice' Yes, and we live on the SECOND FLOOR! Noise' We always hear the planes, and the people above us. You hear everyone going up and down the stairs outside if you are sitting in the living room. Sometimes, you even get snippets of conversations you'd rather not hear. Oh, and it's really stupid that we're near the mailbox center in the back of the complex, yet, we've got to go up to the front of the complex to get our mail. I don't let my wife pick up the mail after work, it's dark, and she'd have to walk too far.

And they want almost $1300 a month for this place' As soon as the lease is up, we're out.
