I just moved into an apartment at Woodway in November 03 and I will say that it is a nice complex overall. However, I definitely echo some of the statements in other reviews such as trash dumpsters too far, high rent, parking can be an issue late at night, and HIGH electric bill.

I'm new to the VA area, and Woodway is about $500-$700 more expensive than where I came from in the midwest. Yes, I understand the extreme difference in cost of living, but the $120 electric bill is ridiculous for a small one bedroom apt!!

I have had no problems with the staff, they recognize me right away AND they remember my apartment number. However, they are a little slow of requests. But, not extremely slow.
