Multiple apartment living is just that-many people crammed into multiple apartments, it's going to be loud sometimes, there will be a dog sometimes, there will be screaming children sometimes, there will be engine noise sometimes-deal with it. Also, there is a little airport called Dulles where big loud planes take off day and night, I don't know exactly how the "lying" staff hid this from any of you. Furthermore, this section of Centreville is strangely diverse, this is the "business center" of the city, so many of the more affluent residents don't live here. Therefore, there will be lower classes of people living in this area, Civics 101. Centreville is just like any city in America, where there are strip malls and low rent housing, there will be crime. I do NOT work for Woodway and I am NOT affiliated with them in any way, I just got bored and decided to read the whining of several prima donnas and then decided to add my whining too. Overall, I was pleased with Woodway, most of the staff was responsive and curteous, some were less responsive and curteous, that's how it is everywhere except Disneyworld. It is also true that maintenence personnel are sometimes sloppy and slow but that is the miracle of minimum wage, for some reason, $6 an hour to unclog the paper towels from your filthy toilet isn't that motivating. My big complaint, however, is that I also had mice...on the third floor! I guess it had nothing to do with the squalid conditions of my neighbors below us, they just wanted to try some third floor cheese. So, to sum up, I got exactly what I paid for in an apartment in the heart of Centreville, proximity to 66, 28, and 29, a clean, standard apartment, sevice that should be expected anywhere you go (unless you make $100,000 a year), and a staff that reflects the staffs of every single apartment complex I have ever lived in, some good, some not so good, and oh yeah, 2 mice for about 2-3 days.
