I've lived here almost a year now. This is my first apartment, so I don't have much to compare it too, but I really think that it's a nice place. I don't feel like I have to worry about my car getting stolen, it's fairly quite, people seem to keep to themselves, the apartments are nice (however small), the grounds are kept up, the office has always addressed my maintanance needs quickly (we had a washer go out on us), parking is great, and the rent isn't bad. I do wish that everybody that ownes a dog would make sure they pick up after it. One night I did have someone run across the hood of my truck and put a dent in it, but I assume that could happen anywhere and it's not representative of this complex at all. Anyway, I've enjoyed my time here and think most people would too. I suppose closer mailboxes would be nice, but they're right there when you drive in everyday, just stop and grab your mail as you drive into the complex.
