I've lived in quite a lot of apartments over the last ten years. From broken down college complexes, to these so called "luxury" apartments around Fairfax.

My overall impression was very positive. The staff at Woodway were always responsive and pleasant. I had one maintenance issue which was expeditiously resolved. Grounds maintenance was well done...and a nice feature was that I was never woken up by 8am on a Saturday by a lawn mower.
