I definitely think the staff in apartment are overall rude, not responsive and incompetent. I move out Janurary this year and still receive the water bill from that apartment.

Up to now, I have not received my despoits back plus the overpaid in my rent They told me that I have a burn scathe (small as two fingers diagram)in living room and they need to replace the entire carpet of my apartment. I am responsible for all cost.

I state that I never receive the final notice and they claim that I never left forward address. That is so lied. I did leave my information before I move out. Even you send to my old addrss, the postal office will foreward to my new address.

When you try to call the rental office, they are alwayse "close", no matter weekday or weekend. I stop by the office twice and the managers not there. The staff is not able to resolve my problems at all. They alwayse promise that they will have the manager to call back. The manager never call. And now I am still getting the water bill...

One time, I traveled aboard for one month. When I came back, I found my car was towed because of my license plate renewal was overdue (I converted my car from leasing to own). I paid $350 to get my car back. The problem is that Woodway had ample parking spaces, no out front notice, and no after traced words on the ground. I was so stunned at that time that I thought my car got stolen. The rental office they didn't even care or provide any help that I need to call a cab to go get my car.

I live in so many apartments in VA area and Lincoln property. This apartment is spacious and environment is good, but the staff "NO".

They should change the greeting in phone from "our number one goal is to exceed your expectation" to " our number one goal is to stop you from coming".
