High priced neighborhood, low class residents

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
When we moved here in Sept. of 1999 these apts. were affordable and living here was pleasant. However in the last 1 - 1 1/2 yrs. many single families have moved here with young children. This is fine if you enjoy kids loitering in the breezeways, skateboarding, and screaming etc... Also, a local motorcycle gang has moved in, and they also loiter around the garages in large numbers, late at night, until 2am or later on occasion, and make loud noises. I do not recommend. We are leaving when our lease is up. Also, crime has gone from non-existent to near epidemic. Your car will be broken into if you live here. Check with Fairfax County Police for corroboration. The previous comment is obviously from the landlord.
