The good and the bad.

The Good:
- During thier end month deal times when they are desparate for renters, I found through much research - Woodway was the best apartment price for the square footage.
- Their pool and weight room facilities are very basic but excellent. I feel no need to go to the gym there because I go to the best gym ever created 'Lifetime Fitness' which is only 3 blocks away from the community.
- Depending on how your building is positioned you can get Satellite TV installed on your deck, however woodway does require you to have renters insurance with the level of $50,000 which is about $15-25 a month depending on where you get your insurance.
- Sometimes Woodway sets up a small breakfast table at the front entrance and passes out fruit, snacks, and drinks, while you drive past to go to work.
- The only noise I have ever heard from my neighbors has been in the hallway from my living room coming through the tiny crack at the bottom of my front door. Other than that you can not hear any noise coming from inside of your neighbors apartment. The noise barriers installed appear to be very effective.
The Bad:
- My car has not been broken into but they did issue warnings on our doors to notify us that it has happened and to take precaution as well as let us know of the neighborhood watch program they have to prevent further break-ins.
- From where my apartment is located I can not use the mail center in front of my building, but have to pick up my mail at the front office in the back of the building which is a hassle.
- From where my apartment is located I have to walk my trash 1-2 blocks to the dumpster or drive it there. There is the option of having someone pick it up for $9 a month.
- Sometimes maintenance people go into your apartment when you're not there or without allowing you to answer the door after they have knocked only once(happened 2 times). In one situation, they tracked in some dirt and put several small stains in my carpet without cleaning it up.
